This portal facilitates submission of RTI Applications and First Appeals online.

Payment of the requisite amount of Rs. 10/- can be made through the GRIPS portal.

Through this portal, RTI applications and first appeals can be filed only by Indian citizens for the Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department, Government of West Bengal.

RTI applications and appeals should not be filed for other Public Authorities under Central or State Governments through this portal.
